Navy ERP Analyst Junior (2914) - PSI Pax : Job Details

Specific tasks include the following support for the sustainment and enhancement of Navy ERP: - Responsible for applying expert technical and functional knowledge of the Navy ERP System in performing operations of complex difficulty in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements. - Provides help desk ticket resolution support. - Supports the management of master data. - Provides a wide range of data analytics and reporting support for end users. - Participates in release management including analysis of defects, solution design, testing, and deployment. Supports strategic planning of the operational impact of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts. - Provides production operation support including but not limited to period end close, year end close, and interface processing. - Facilitates working groups. - Prepare documentation required for end-user training.
