Navigator - Chittenden Clinic - Vermont Staffing : Job Details

Greet and guide guests (clients, patients, visitors, etc.) as they navigate through Howard Center's Chittenden Clinic. The Chittenden Clinic is one of the largest medication treatment programs for opioid use disorder in the country, serving approximately 1000 patients. This position promotes a trauma-informed environment for an exceptional guest experience. This position works with guests to provide support, co-regulation, crisis response, and de-escalation as needed, working to increase collaboration with staff and reduce stress associated with the visit. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of the Clinic.
