The Navigator explores treatment recovery options with enrollees, helps clarify goals and strategies, provides education and resources, and assists enrollees in accessing treatment and community supports. Assist enrollees with care coordination and scheduling medical appointments. Implement recovery oriented, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and strengthen-based rehabilitation practices.
