POSITION PURPOSE: To develop a comprehensive understanding of RbA's training philosophy and implement consistent training strategies. This includes the creation and continuous improvement of training materials to support various functional teams as needed. Support the broader RbA Network by designing and facilitating training programs and learning opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously develop and implement training content. Develop measures to ensure training is uniformly applied and successful across RBA. Partner with local managers as needed.
- Design and facilitate Training Modules that can be delivered remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update supporting materials for the retailers to train and use in the field. This includes videos, written materials, and electronic learning.
- Assist in developing and facilitating classes for the network.
- Partner with internal experts in the development and delivery of product knowledge, training, and materials.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL, AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8 or more years relevant business experience to include a minimum of 4 years of experience in training development, including curriculum design and facilitation.
