**Safetec of America, Inc.** is your trusted source for infection control, first aid, and compliance products for 30 years. We are a fast-growing OTC pharmaceutical company located in Buffalo, NY. We are a family-owned, local business with a reputation for retaining employees because we treat them like family.

The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing key National Accounts and developing new accounts in our key market segments.

**Responsibilities:**

* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

* Maintain a high level of communication and proactive interaction with existing and potential customers

* Analyze various markets and identify opportunities to pursue new business

* Develop a strategy to secure new accounts to expand our distribution footprint and availability to consumers

* Close new business deals by creating mutually beneficial multi-year partnerships with customers

* Work with team to develop knowledge and expertise in distribution, private label, OEM, online, and contract packaging sales

* Work with team to develop and manage outside independent and national accounts

* Increase business with National Accounts in all market segments

* Serve as the account's primary point-of-contact and provides sales expertise as required

* Support and deliver established marketing and sales programs to users to gain new business

* Develop and present account business reviews to maximize business growth

* Provides timely and accurate market feedback from the field to include forecasts of gained/lost sales

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

* 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, or manufacturing. Experience working with major accounts is a plus.

* Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, sales, and customer service skills

* Experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements

* Ability to mentor staff to develop succession and professional development

* Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,) and the technical aptitude to learn all company-specific programs and software applications such as CRM and LinkedIn Navigator.

* Able to travel as necessary

* Experience working with both Private and Branded products

* Bachelors degree strongly preferred
