National Organizing Director - The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee : Job Details

The DCCC is seeking an experienced Organizing Director to work on competitive congressional races for the 2026 cycle. The National Organizing Director will work closely with DCCC Senior Leadership and is responsible for developing and managing the committees national organizing strategy. This person will be responsible for managing the Organizing department, including the programmatic and departmental budget, and will be the liaison to partners and allies who lead organizing efforts in targeted Congressional districts.
