The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned program. This role involves ensuring the compliant delivery of program and partnership goals, managing team productivity, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Team Supervision: Supervise team members, providing feedback and coaching.
• Program Delivery: Ensure successful delivery of program goals and assignments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with stakeholders for effective communication.
• Performance Monitoring: Track deliverables against the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Talent Management: Attract, retain, and develop team members.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks to program success.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement management or related leadership roles.
• Prior experience in cardiovascular therapeutic area.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
