Base Salary ($150K - $200K) + Annual Performance Bonus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic National Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key customers and implement strategies to drive sales growth.Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong connections with hospital administrators, procurement managers, and clinical decision-makers.Contract Negotiations & Management: Lead negotiations with GPOs, IDNs, large hospital networks, and negotiate, coordinate, and prepare contracts directly with individual hospitals to ensure smooth product adoption and implementation.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, business planning, sales, marketing, and clinical support teams to ensure timely product delivery, strategic alignment, and successful market penetration.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis: Regularly report on account performance, market insights, and business development progress to senior management.Industry Engagement: Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and meetings to increase brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships.Emotional Intelligence Skills:- Emotional Empathy
