My oldest child has autism so she may have melt downs. A day to day is breakfast week any activities that the kids want such as coloring or playing hide and seek they normally going down for a nap around 12 and I wake them up by 2 p.m. then we got tot he park and eat lunch after for the rest of the day they watching cartoons until dinner then bed time after wards normally around 8pm
