Nanny Needed For My Children - Care.com : Job Details

I'm looking for someone to be on call to help me with childcare for a special needs children age 12 my mom who recently had an ankle replacement whose in her 70s and then I have two children aged 6 and 4. Both girls. I just need someone when I'm in a pinch. And possibly more depending on circumstances
