I have a 1-year-old who is full of energy but also very relaxed at times, with a very bubbly personality. Who enjoys active play in her walker, crawling, climbing. But can also independent play for 30-45min at a time. The ideal day would consist of 9AM-3 p.m. At this point in my childs life they are taking two naps which range anywhere between 1hr-2hr First nap is around 10:30 a.m. and the second nap myself or dad may be home to take over for but is typically taken around 3 or 4. In terms of childs day once shes up shes ready for her day She eats breakfast which would be meal prepped as well as lunch and plenty of approved snacks for the day.
