Nanny Needed For My Children - Care.com : Job Details

My 3-year-old son is super advanced in his motor skills but is lacking with speaking. He understands a lot and knows some words and sign language to communicate his wants or needs. He needs to be active but I'd like someone who can help develope his speech pattern. I'm a single dad who works 10 hrs a day. Mom didn't work with him much so he fell a bit behind.
