No special care needed at all, I normally have the tv on in the background while he plays. Hes not a picky eater but you may need to put the food down cause he plays the goes to eat. Hes a hyper little boy. He loves being outside but Id prefer him to stay in. Hes a runner. Other than that hes a great kiddo!
