Nanny Needed For My Children - Care.com : Job Details

I'm a work from home mom with two sons ages 7 and 10. My boys are partially homeschooled, so help with school work is needed. Ideally I'd love someone who was open to light housework/organizing too. I'm basically looking for someone who is open to some days being different. My boys are very easy, very respectful. They love baseball and we live on 8 acres so sometimes it would be playing outside with them.
