Nanny Needed For My Children - Care.com : Job Details

This isnt your typical set schedule I work in surgery and my shifts are on an on-call basis, so I need someone whos extremely flexible and comfortable with unpredictability.Ideally, Im looking for someone I can reach out to on short notice if I get called in early, or someone who can stay later if a surgery runs long especially if Im out of town in places like Flagstaff or Tucson.My standard hours are usually 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. On the days my husband and I both work, Id need help as early as 4 a.m. and potentially until around noon.I know its a unique ask, and I completely understand its not for everyone but if this sounds like something youd be open to, Id love to talk more!
