Nanny Needed For My Children - Care.com : Job Details

Hi I have a small business I run out of my home, I need help with house keeping and taking care of my 3-year-old during the day. hes a wild one for me, but listens to everyone else so I am need of some help. I have 4 kids but the other two will be in school during these times and my baby girl will be in my care shes still a baby. I want my son to learn and go do activities have a routine and some structure, I am in need of someone consistent , disciplined and organized.
