I am a first time mom planning to go back to work part time. My husband works from home but our schedules don't align perfectly to where he can give his undivided attention to our little one, as he is on phone calls and zooms throughout the day. We only need someone to provide quality care for a couple hours Monday-Thursday until my husband can take over.
