We are seeking a compassionate, attentive, and experienced in-home caregiver to provide care for our 3-month-old baby who was recently discharged from the NICU. Our child has ongoing medical and feeding needs that require someone with a calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ideally, prior experience with medically fragile infants.This position is based in our home, where one parent works remotely full-time and is available to assist or provide support as needed throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in collaboration with a parent while maintaining a proactive, confident approach to infant care.
