My friend is first time mom to a 2. 5-month-old baby girl. She returns to work on August 15. She is going to apply for another three months leave after she works one month. So from August 15 to maybe September 30, she needs newborn caregiver to stay at her house overnight and through the morning as she works overnight from 4 a.m. - 12noon. She leaves to go to work at 3 a.m. Her husband may or may not be there .
