Nanny Needed For My Children - Care.com : Job Details

I am looking for after school care for 2-4 afternoons a week, 2-4:30, any days except Wednesdays. No school vacations or inclement weather days needed as Ill be home then. I have two sons with autism and cognitive delays; they are basically preschoolers in adult bodies. No significant behavior and zero aggression issues, just need someone understanding of their cognitive skills and idiosyncratic behaviors to guide them in unpacking backpacks, getting snacks, possibly making their beds if they dont get to them before school, until I get home. Please include your expected rate in your replies, as Im unsure what to offer. TIA!
