• Provide hands-on, nurturing care to the 1-year-old
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally focused activities
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
• Manage nap schedule and daily routines
• Take the child on local outings (parks, library, etc.)
• Keep toys and play areas clean and organized
• Assist with light housekeeping and family laundry
