Based in Westchester, NYC, and Lake Placid, we offer free instruction, workshops, and inspirational performances to foster inclusivity, positivity, and respect. Our goal is to provide youth with a refuge and support system as they navigate the challenges of adulthood.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Music and Musical Theatre Teaching Artist located in White Plains, NY. The Teaching Artist will be responsible for leading music and theatre workshops, providing instruction to participants, and organizing performances. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in music education, specifically in teaching music and musical theatre
• Strong knowledge of music theory, vocal techniques, and performance skills
• Ability to engage and inspire young people through music and theatre
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in organizing events and performances
• Degree in Music, Music Education, Theatre, or related field
