General Role Description:
Develops new business and current client relationships through face-to-face meetings to achieve revenue budgets and activity levels.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Meet monthly budget expectations and sales goals while meeting deadlines.
- Prospect to identify and qualify potential new clients.
- Participate in company and community events to build relationships.
- Perform needs analysis to determine how Melara Enterprises can meet client goals and budgets.
- Prepare and present proposals for advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collect ad materials and approvals, ensuring excellent client service.
- Obtain client budgets for renewals and new contracts.
- Adhere to policies by collecting pre-payments, guarantees, and following up on late payments.
- Document opportunities, sales, and interactions in CRM.
- Communicate plans and results with managers.
- Apply best efforts daily to assigned work.
- Demonstrate cultural expectations.
- Maintain effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities.
- Assist managers and executives with other tasks as needed.

Minimum Role Requirements:
