  • Lead the construction team, ensuring efficient project execution within budget.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage subcontractors.
  • Implement modern construction technologies to enhance project efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance.
  • Ensure timely project completion.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fields preferred
  • 5+ years of ground up, multifamily project experience
  • MA CSL (REQUIRED)
  • Competant Procore and other tech skills
  • Experience running large, complex projects
  • Strong background and understanding of project financial, budgets, cash flow projects and OCOs.
  • Experience leading a team throughout a project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
