AFI is seeking an experienced, organized, and professional Field Project Manager to lead physical improvements on properties across the country. This role involves frequent travel, up to 4-5 days per week, and offers a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience.

• Oversee property maintenance and construction projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, codes, and quality standards.
• Plan, prioritize, organize, and review work of construction teams.
• Coordinate permits and permissions with local authorities.
• Participate in project planning and bid acquisition.
• Manage labor and material requirements onsite.
• Resolve onsite issues and build relationships with owners, contractors, and team members.
• Inspect and approve work before completion.
• Ensure team adherence to procedures.
• Handle projects like parking lot renovations, roof repairs, signage, WiFi installation, landscaping, etc.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate project completion cost-effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance, budgets, and expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.

• Proven leadership skills and positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
• 3-5+ years of experience in construction management or related fields, with a successful track record managing large projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Provide 2-3 professional references.

• PMP certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting.
