Job Description
  • Project Management: Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Schedule Management: Manage subcontractor relationships, track progress, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
  • Quality Control: Assist in RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and change order management
  • Team Leadership: Attend weekly meetings and contribute to internal reporting and client updates
  • Safety Compliance: Monitor site activity and collaborate with the field team to proactively resolve issues
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • 2-5 years of experience in a construction or real estate development setting, ideally with a GC or developer
  • Familiarity with multifamily or large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable using construction management software and tools
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
