As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, creating an enjoyable guest experience. The job duties include:
Managing, training, and coaching Working Partners/General Managers, including conducting management orientation.Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards.Overseeing multiple drive-in employees and management in performing duties across various stations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service meet standards.Ensuring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly, reporting to supervisors.Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service levels.Monitoring cost control procedures for food, labor, and inventory, taking corrective actions as needed.Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.Auditing employment and payroll records.Reinforcing guest-first service principles.Responding to guest requests and complaints respectfully, taking corrective actions when necessary.Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.Approving compensation levels within company guidelines.Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues.Developing and implementing regional marketing plans.Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
- Minimum of three years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
- Multi-unit supervision experience preferred.
- Ability to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and federal/state labor laws.
- Leadership and supervisory skills; effective communication.
- Basic accounting and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems.
- Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
