Position Overview: As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple Sonic drive-ins. You will be responsible for training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring an enjoyable guest experience. Key duties include:
Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and conducting management orientation.Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards.Overseeing employees across various stations during shifts to ensure standards for food preparation, presentation, and service are met.Ensuring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly and reporting them to supervisors.Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing.Monitoring cost control procedures and taking corrective actions as needed.Auditing employment and payroll records.Responding to guest requests and complaints in a respectful manner.Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.Approving compensation levels within company guidelines.Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues.Developing and implementing regional marketing plans.Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
- Experience in multi-unit supervision preferred.
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 days including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of recruiting, federal and state labor laws, and health regulations.
- Leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Basic accounting and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems.
- Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
