Multi-store Retail Director - Santa Rosa, CA - Best Buy : Job Details

As a Multi-store Retail Director, youll oversee two to six Best Buy stores, working with general managers and store employees to create excellent customer experiences and deliver strong financial results. Internally, these groups of stores are known as micro-markets. In this role, youll serve an area that drives a medium volume of customer traffic. Youll identify problems unique to each location and provide appropriate solutions. To thrive in this role, you must adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment.
