GlobalFoundries Fab 9 in Essex Junction, Vermont has an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Robotics Applications engineer to join our 200 mm wafer semiconductor factory (fab) automation team. As a technical leader for factory automation projects at Fab 9, you will play a key role in transforming legacy fab operations for automation. Your responsibilities will focus on scaling and optimizing the performance of a highly innovative mobile robot deployment program in a high-volume manufacturing environment. A successful candidate will have extreme attention to detail to prevent unintended changes or process variations, strong cross-functional engagement and commitment to continuous improvement.
