Implement global Aerospace, Industrial Sector and Corporate Quality programs, goals and objectives at the operational level and provide overall Quality leadership to the operations within the region. 10 years of experience minimum in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance or Engineering in a manufacturing setting 3 years of experience in a site, division, or group Quality Manager role An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution Authorized to work in the US now and in the future without company sponsorship. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee Located within 50 miles of Davenport, Iowa or Orchard Park, New York Demonstrated ability to drive results in Quality within an aerospace manufacturing setting Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods, approaches, and tools, including strategic management and project management. In-depth experience with the practical application of Quality tools, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO-9001, TS-16949, AS-9100 etc. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CQM / OE), ISO-9001 Auditor and Six Sigma Blackbelt - preferred. QMS Assessor, Lead Auditor and Trainer Certified Experience in the Automotive Industry Quality and/or Aerospace Industry with FAA / EASA requirements, NADCAP processes, and repair stations compliance will be given preference. Microsoft core tool proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through others. Ability to learn customers' Quality requirements and drive process improvements. Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills. Ability to manage by influence through solid relationships and process focus. This includes competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
