Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and are committed to driving growth and success in our industry.SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Microsoft Solution Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who bridges the gap between business operations and technology, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate will not only understand the technical capabilities of Microsoft tools but also how to apply them strategically to improve business processes, collaboration, and productivity.Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft 365 Application Training:
    • Deliver comprehensive training on Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
    • Conduct specialized sessions on advanced features, integrations, and productivity tips.
    • Introduce and guide users on integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools into daily workflows.
  • Business Process Consultation:
    • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Recommend and implement Microsoft 365-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Design and deploy custom workflows using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Microsoft Teams and Collaboration Tools:
    • Train teams on effective use of Microsoft Teams for communication, collaboration, and project management.
    • Implement Teams-based solutions tailored to remote and hybrid work environments.
    • Integrate Teams with other Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.
  • Power BI Training and Consultation:
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company Provide hands-on training in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
    • Advise on data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
    • Develop custom Power BI solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Forms and Power Automate :
    • Train users on Microsoft Forms for data collection and feedback.
    • Consult on automating workflows using Power Automate .
    • Design and implement custom automation solutions to streamline operations.
  • Microsoft 365 Integration:
    • Integrate Microsoft 365 with other enterprise applications and systems.
    • Develop or coordinate the development of custom connectors and APIs to enhance interoperability.

  • Time Management: The individual effectively prioritizes tasks to manage multiple customer inquiries and issues. Completes tasks.
  • Adaptability —The individual adapts to changing customer needs, policies, and technologies. Remains calm and effective under pressure during high-volume periods. Quickly learn new procedures and systems as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting, training, or business analyst role with a focus on Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate , and Copilot.
  • Experience in business process analysis and workflow design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus.
Language SkillsRead and interpret documents such as safety rules, invoices, SOP, and instructions; write routine reports and correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one situations and small group situations to customers or vendors, and other employees.Math SkillsAdd, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning AbilityApply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Identifies problems, gathers information, and offers solutions.Computer SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
