Position Highlights

• Title: MRO Buyer

• Full Time Direct Hire

Background Requirements

• Associate's degree with 3–5 years procurement experience preferred; relevant bachelor's degree is a strong plus

• US Citizenship or Green Card is required

• Solid negotiation and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with procurement/ERP systems

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Procure MRO supplies and services efficiently from requisition through purchase order

• Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate costs, terms, contracts, and shipping arrangements including Incoterms for imports

• Manage supplier relationships, resolve quality issues, and monitor performance metrics

• Track monthly cost savings, analyze procurement spend, and optimize purchasing processes

• Support cross-functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Operations) and mentor junior

procurement staff

• Implement and maintain 6S workplace principles to promote efficiency and safety
