MRI Technologist - Witham Sales & Service : Job Details

• Schedule: Part Time, Days, Monday and Tuesday 10:30am-11:00pm

• Location: Lebanon, Indiana

Job Summary: Able to perform all MRI exams as ordered by a physician. Follows all MRI safety guidelines. Performs routine diagnostic MRI procedures according to established standards and practices. Positions patients and adjusts various technical factors. May perform other administrative and clinical duties as necessary for the needs of the department and/or organization. Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
• If not MRI certified, must obtain MRI certification (ARRT or ARMRIT) within 12 months of hire.
• Indiana State Board licensed.
• Willing to work additional hours when requested by supervisor; available for callback on scheduled weekends.
• Proficient in performing all exams and procedures in MRI.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must be competent in all functions related to MRI ACR accreditation.
• Willing to assist the Lead MRI technologist with various tasks.
• Works with the radiologist to ensure proper scanning protocol is followed.
