Flex. Staff is seeking an MRI Technologist for our client, located in Massapequa. This is a direct-hire, full-time position. Schedule will vary and candidates must have weekend availability. Responsibilities Perform MRI scans with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Prepare and educate patients on the MRI process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to aseptic techniques during procedures. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to discuss imaging findings. Ensure all MRI equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or issues immediately. Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the medical records system. Stay current with advancements in MRI technology and best practices in medical imaging.
