Job Title: MR Technologist (Contract Assignment) Shift details: 4 days x 10 hours, 1500-0100, M-Th; Call: based on department needs - currently at: every 3rd weekend of 8 hours of call Sat and Sun Holidays -1 holiday needed; 3 years MRI Experience, Prior travel tech experience, Siemens' MRI Experience, EPIC; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled MR Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. Qualifications:
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and either AMRIT or ARRT advanced MR certification.
- Experience: Proficiency with GE scanners - Siemans Symphony 1.5 tesla and EPIC systems is required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work Thurs, Fr, Sat, Sunday and adapt to varying departmental needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced MR imaging procedures with expertise and precision.
- Adhere to department schedules, including call responsibilities.
- Maintain compliance with safety and procedural protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient care.
- Provide holiday coverage as per rotation with regular staff.
Unit Description: The unit operates using state-of-the-art Siemans Symphony 1.5 tesla scanners and EPIC as its primary electronic health record system.
