Moving I-4 Forward Structures Team Lead - Reynolds Smith & Hills : Job Details

RS&H is currently seeking a Structures Team Lead to join our team in the Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL.

As part of the infrastructure team, you'll serve as a discipline leader, subject matter expert, and technical resource for discipline and related program activities. This includes participating in quality improvement activities, defining project elements and processes, preparing bids, and maintaining client relationships. You will oversee performance to contracts, lead projects including complex major projects, coordinate with project management, supervise design and technical delivery teams, and promote company-wide standards. This role may also involve managing a small team of direct reports.

To be successful, you must:

• Have an engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program and 15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Be a licensed professional engineer in good standing.
• Be knowledgeable of applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
• Be proficient in production software and document production.
• Have a proven ability to make impactful decisions and recommend operational strategies.
• Be recognized as an industry thought leader with experience leading multiple disciplines and participating in technical decision-making.
• Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
