Job Title: Senior Movex M3 Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Movex M3 Solution Architect to lead the optimization and maintenance of our ERP technical landscape. This role focuses on ensuring system performance, scalability, and alignment with the latest technologies and best practices. You will be responsible for technical architecture, system administration, upgrades, and supporting global stakeholders, especially across European time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Infor M3 (Movex) solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead the architecture and technical roadmap of the ERP system, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage background jobs, load balancing, system performance, and vulnerability handling.
• Perform administration tasks including user and client management, backup, installation, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance (LCM).
• Oversee upgrades of business applications within the ERP suite.
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and support Change Management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to development and operations teams.
• Stay current with Infor M3 updates and industry trends to apply best practices.
• Participate in project planning and execution with a focus on technology and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Infor M3 (Movex) Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Infor M3 ERP modules and system architecture.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and customization.
• Proficiency in system administration and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
• Flexibility to work during European time zones at least a few times per week.
• Certification in Infor M3 is a plus.
