About the role
The purpose of this position is to support individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for the delivery of Move Add Change (MAC) Projects. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large scale move projects and leading a team of direct reports.
What you'll do
MAC Move Program Lead
Team Leadership and Management
Lead and manage the MAC MOVE program team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure successful project delivery
Supervise direct reports, including annual performance reviews and development planning
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
Maintains efficient, timely, and professional communication with our clients, vendors, and peers.
Strategic Planning and Risk Management
Develop and implement strategic plans for moves, identifying risks and opportunities with clients
Attend all project meetings, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations
Identify and assess potential risks in the move process, providing recommendations for mitigation and management
Process Improvement and Optimization
Analyze and optimize performance efficiencies, presenting recommendations to the MAC/Fit Up Lead for review and approval
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
Reporting and Metrics
Provide regular metrics reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and trends
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
Daily Operations and Client Engagement
Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and employees to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Special Projects and Initiatives
Oversee special initiatives such as remote work programs and space deprecation programs, ensuring proper planning and resource allocation
Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals
Task System and Budget Management
Provide oversight of the task system, ensuring that the team meets all response expectations and deadlines
Track budgets for move projects, preparing cost estimates and reporting on project variances
Work with leadership to manage budget expectations and ensure fiscal responsibility
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University.
Minimum of six years of experience in a role related to move management and relocation services leading a team. Prior experience in a supervisory position (direct report responsibilities) required if specific duties include direct report responsibilities.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Suite
Effective, efficient, and professional verbal and written communication.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
