The Mountain Patrol & Risk Management Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Mountain Patrol and Risk Management department at Giants Ridge. This position assists in ensuring the safety of guests and staff across winter and summer seasons by helping to coordinate patrol scheduling, maintain equipment and supplies, support risk management initiatives, and facilities employee training. The Coordinator works closely with the Mountain Patrol & Risk Management Advisor to learn key departmental functions and ensure a smooth transition of institutional knowledge. Job Description:Essential Functions. Assists with scheduling and coordination of Alpine, Nordic, and Mountain Biking patrol shifts, including volunteer and paid patrollers. Supports recruitment and onboarding efforts for patrollers in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources.
