We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Motorsports F 1 Systems Engineer with experience in the McLaren Applied Technologies (MAT) software suite to support our Driver-in-the-Loop (Di. L) simulation operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing complex systems in a high-pressure motorsport environment. This role is primarily responsible for real-time support of simulation sessions, telemetry systems, and electronics/hardware integration within our Formula 1 simulator program. What Youll Do.
