MRP Coordinator

Reporting to the leadership and direction of the Campus LDP Director, the Mother's Resource Program Coordinator will coordinate the activities of the MRP Campus they work at. The MRP Coordinator serves as the primary staff contact for the mothers of the boys in the HOPE Farm program. We have committed to impacting the mother's lives in four distinct ways: Belonging, Loving, Healing, and Accountability. The four pillars listed above will guide the events and activities to positively impact our Mother's Resource Program. As staff a member of Hope Farm, the MRP Coordinator will contribute to positively producing a healthy working environment, to see God glorified! The person in this role is a devoted follower of Christ who recognizes that the embodiment of Luke 2:52 is the foundation for everything Hope Farm: Wisdom, Stature, Discipleship, and Friendship.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive rapport with each mother in the program
  • Maintain a positive rapport with volunteers and supporters
  • Coordinate semi-annual one on one check-in meetings with each HOPE Farm Mom or guardian
  • Participate in initial assessment meeting for program candidates (As needed)
  • Create and implement additional goals for the program
  • Report any significant life changes regarding the HOPE Farm mothers/guardians to the LDP Director
  • Promote community inclusion opportunities for HOPE Farm mothers/guardians
  • Communicate community resources to HOPE Farm mothers/guardians to encourage utilization and engagement of resources
  • Establish a monthly meeting for all moms and guardians to convey information and activities, trainings and resources
  • Create a monthly schedule of activities and events based on the four pillars of the program
  • Track qualitative and quantitative data for each event and activity
  • Recruit and work with volunteers and staff to develop and run scheduled activities
  • Provide monthly progress reports and communicate MRP expenses/budget to LDP Director

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Performs other related duties as assigned as directed by LDP Director
  • Support Academic Specialist duties for Programming

Required Skills:

  • A disciple-making disciple prepared to support our young men towards Christ-centered men of integrity; while continuing to grow spiritually, professionally, and relational as a disciple yourself
  • Comply with HOPE Farm Inc.'s policies, and consistently model HOPE Farm's Core Values
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect privacy and build trust; yet establish clear boundaries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, Office, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent exp). 5+years professional experience within Social Work, Ministry, or Non-Profit fields or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in program management, a plus
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
