Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Processing / Pipeline Production Manager, based in Flushing, New York Or East Coast Time Zone with some work from home flexibility. The Manager will oversee the mortgage processing pipeline, ensure efficient loan processing, handle communication with clients and lending partners, manage a team of processing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include monitoring loan pipeline status, coordinating with underwriters, addressing issues to expedite loan processing, and providing leadership and support to the processing team, mainly for the company's east coast production / processing/ pipeline managements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage processing, loan production, and pipeline management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fast, self driven, multi-task, excel in rapid growth environment
• Excellent communication and client handling skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and mortgage industry standards
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and mortgage processing software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience with both wholesale and correspondent lending channels is a plus
