Mortgage Loan Processor - American National Bank of Texas : Job Details

The Mortgage Loan Processor performs a variety of duties both clerical and technical; major responsibilities include coordinating the processing of mortgage loans following application, through preparation of loan documents for closing. Orders and reviews all documentation, i.e., verification of income, verification of employment, credit report, appraisal, survey, title commitment, etc. Contacts borrower and other sources to collect necessary documentation Acts as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, outside escrow, title company, and customers Checks information submitted by loan applicants for accuracy and adherence to established underwriting criteria and regulations Works with the processing team to ensure files are moving through the system Checks loan file to ensure that it contains all necessary documents, signatures, dates and other important information Builds and maintains relationships with clients to ensure a constant pipeline of mortgage files Qualifications:...Loan Processor, Mortgage, Processor, Processing, Engineer, Banking
