Responsible for educating customer on Company values, process, and operations. Obtains information to submit loan applications for customer. Educates customer on available loan options and answers follow up questions. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process while adhering to all federal, local, and internal guidelines. What You Will Do:Analyzes applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. Obtains and compiles copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information. Explains to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services. Reviews loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to company policy, guidelines, compliance, and lending regulations.
