Mortgage Appraisal Assistant - Flagstar Bank : Job Details

Pay range: $23-28/hr. Responsible for providing support and services to all commercial lending and servicing departments. The Commercial Support Analyst I works closely with the Commercial Appraisal Production Manager, the Team Lead, the Commercial Appraisal Review Staff and Third-Party Vendors to support the appraisal review function including data capture, documentation tracking, work file maintenance, invoicing and quality control procedures. Job Responsibilities:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Track of third-party vendor services and monitor workflow status. Effectively communicates with appraisal review staff, lending groups, and other bank associates in troubleshooting various process delays. Upload and download files in the procurement system. Process and distribute completed reports and corresponding review reports to appropriate parties. Review consistency between completed appraisal reviews and internal quality control checklists.
