Position Summary :
As a Creative Services Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and partners on the execution of preproduced video messaging, as well as live, hybrid meetings and events, stretching to contribute themselves as hosting and on-camera talent where needed. Partner closely with executive leadership, strategy, sales teams, and communications, internal and external partners to translate key business driving messages into compelling multimedia stories and tools.
Essential Job Functions :
- Oversee and directly contribute to business and culture driving content, from scripting and storyboarding to analysis of business goals and gaps to ensure greatest impact. Help lead team in ideation and brainstorming sessions around content
- Analysis of engagement metrics, production workflows, and anecdotal feedback to steer efficiency and provide direction to storytelling, communication efforts. Ensure brand guidelines are being adhered to and consult directly with marketing where needed to understand latitude
- Guidance, development, and facilitation of live and hybrid business events working closely with communications and strategy teams to coordinate and execute business driving events, event-specific content, and narrative throughlines connecting business goals and cultural goals
- Analysis and reporting on industry trends, whether narrative, technical, or social media observed. Sharing with greater team to enable more efficient personnel development. Assisting department leadership on benchmarking and training team in multiple areas
- Occasional hosting or on-camera talent. Ability to professionally and persuasively connect with an audience, compellingly deliver a presentation built independently or collaboratively in representation of the department or company
Position Requirements :
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field ofCommunications, Film / Video, Marketing or related fieldAdditional Experience Desired : More than 5 years of experience in working on a team, managing peopleAdditional Experience Desired : Between 3-5 years of experience in retail sales communication, lifestyle brandsComputer Skills Desired : Microsoft office suite, Adobe suite (preferred)Base Salary Range : $86,000 - $115,000
