• Design and implement observability solutions across cloud-native and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to integrate observability best practices.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for real-time system monitoring.
• Develop automated alerts and incident management workflows.
• Evaluate and optimize observability platforms and tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and New Relic.
• Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for observability and reliability practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years in observability engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with tools such as Nagios, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Perl, Bash.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
