Job Description:

The M&E Specialist will design and manage monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks to assess project outcomes and ensure accountability to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage data collection and evaluation tools.
• Conduct analysis and produce reports on program performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement cycles through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in evaluation, public policy, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in monitoring and evaluation for federal programs.
