About the Position:

OrangeDot is one of North America's top monday.com Platinum Partners, and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to join our small but mighty team. As a monday.com Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their project requirements, provide expert guidance, and implement effective solutions using the monday.com platform. This role requires in-depth experience with business process mapping and implementation consulting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Own and manage multiple full monday.com Implementations from Discovery to Delivery.

• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and understand their business processes.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on utilizing the features and functionalities of the monday.com platform.

• Configure, customize and implement monday.com to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.

• Conduct training sessions for clients, enabling them to use and maximize the benefits of monday.com effectively.

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.

• Continuously stay updated with the latest features and updates of the monday.com platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Monday.com Consultant or in a similar role, implementing Monday.com projects.

• Certification in Monday.com or similar project management tools.

• Experience in training and conducting workshops for clients.

• Familiarity with other project management software and tools.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technology implementation Consultant, preferably in the monday.com ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing monday.com or similar tools, including creating workflows, automation, and integrations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.
